Hi Guys i am going to use this board with 6850k but what if the bios is old and doesnt support the 6850k?is it possible to flash the bios without a cpu ? i dont have any haswell cpu to update the bios

It is not possible to update the UEFI/BIOS without a CPU, sorry to say. The chances are the UEFI version in your board will not be compatible with a Broadwell-E processor. Those UEFI versions for X99 boards were released in late April, 2016, and the chance of you getting a board with that version is very small. The UEFI version will be on a sticker on the UEFI chip. The Broadwell-E compatible UEFI version for your board (assuming it is not the Fatal1ty X99 Professional/3.1 model) is 3.10. Unfortunately, this problem has not been addressed by Intel. This is the same situation with X79 boards and the Ivy Bridge-E processor UEFI/BIOS update. It is possible to to replace the UEFI chip with one that has the appropriate version. You can get those from ASRock for $15, or purchase them from places like eBay. So you say that if i buy the Fatal1ty X99 Professional/3.1 i wont have any problem with that cpu ? no need to update the bios because it comes with the latest Bios 3.10 which supports Broadwell-c cpus out of the box? can we say that for all usb 3.1 versions of the asrock x99 motherboards? or the other way to update the bios is finding the cpu from broadwell series to update the Bios right? thx in advance

The same goes for any and all current X99 ASRock boards, none of them will have a Broadwell-E compatible UEFI out of the box. So to be crystal clear, the Asrock X99 Fatality Professional board will NOT be compatible with a Broadwell-E processor. The only possible way any current ASRock X99 board would be Broadwell-E compatible is if it was manufactured in late April or early June, 2016. But any stock a retailer has made before then will NOT have a compatible UEFI version. The only ASRock X99 boards that would have a Broadwell-E compatible UEFI out of the box would be the new X99 Taichi, and the new Fatal1ty X99 Professional Gaming i7, that were shown for the first time at the Computex 2016 show in Taipei, Taiwan, in the first week of June.
