my x99 extreme4 detects corsair 
Ram DIMM DDR4 16 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX - 16 GB (4 x 4 GB) DDR4-2800 - PC4-22400 [CMK16GX4M4A2800C16B]
as pc-2133 @ 1066 mhz.
Someone else??

You will need to set XMP in the BIOS to 2800 because the CPU only supports up to PC-2133 Wink
PC2800 is only possible with the XMP profile set because it is an overclocked speed.

Greetings, this is ASRock Technical Supports Department.

Please load XMP item in BIOS for try.
(BIOS-> OC Tweaker -> DRAM Configuration -> Load XMP setting)

Note: When the system load XMP settings, the system is under overclocking.
Please be noted that overclocking depends on the system config and environment, it's not guarantee and may affect your system stability.
