Core I5 4590
Crucial Ballistix (BLS8G3D1609DS1S00.16FED) - On supported memory list

Starts for a second, pauses, starts again, runs for ~1 min. (timed) stops then does it again.

No POST or video signal. Tried onboard VGA, DVI & HDMI.  Tried with GTX77 Graphics card.  At my wits end here.
