| I sent an email to ASRock tech support and it's been two days without a reply, how long does tech support normally take to respond to emails? Addidtionally, I was asking for help because I bought my motherboard without an I/O shield, I heard some companys like MSI will send out a free I/O shield to those who haven't recieved one. Is this something that ASRock would do as well. Any replies would be appreaciated, thanks. |
