Just adding a datapoint for ram compatibility, I have a 3900X on a B450M Steel Legend with two sticks of g.skill F4-3600C16-8GTZ.

I have not been able to get them stable at 3600Mhz but they are rock solid at 3533Mhz. At 3600Mhz the system will spontaneously reboot under CPU heavy load (large compilations). While I've tweaked and tried to make them work at 3600, in the end I've been plenty happy at 3533.

Now I'm itching for a ram upgrade, any sticks known to work at 3600Mhz on this board?
