i plug device and nothing happening , usb 2.0 and 3.1 works

I shouldn't have to inquire of these 'cuz you should have included this info when asking your rather open-ended situation, BUT ..........

1. What OS?
2. What board?
3. Which drivers and their respective ver/revison have you downloaded
