Hello!

I have some compatibility problems with Fatal1ty E3V5 Performance Gaming/OC and Kingston HyperX FURY Black DDR4 Kit 2666MHz (HX426C15FBK2/16) - i get terrible DDR4 bandwidth. It's too low (see screenshots). I tried to flash all versions of BIOS from site, tried in stock and in OC modes - result is one - low speed. I got other memory modules from friend's PC for testing and... it was working like a charm! Also my friend tried to run my modules on his MSI motherboard - result the same - good work on full speed. But with my mobo i got terrible memory bandwidth, i believe thar problem goes from BIOS.
Also i found http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=1943&PN=1&title=z170-ddr4-2666-low-memory-bandwidth-scores" rel="nofollow - this topic on forum. Topic starter has the same problem on Asrock mobo with the same memory modules! But i can't RMA mine modules or buy new one :(.
AsRock, please help.

Try sending a support ticket http://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp" rel="nofollow - here .

I have seen this issue many times on the forums both here and elsewhere.

Memory compatibility with DDR4 in particular is a common issue on all manufacturer's products. Some modules designed for socket 2011 simply do not work correctly on socket 1151 or vice versa. The issue stems from memory being optimized for 2 different memory controllers, one being an enthusiast platform and the other mainstream.

Sometimes BIOS updates can resolve the issues but sadly not always, especially if the RAM in question was designed for the opposite platform.

Good luck and let us know if Tech Support manages to sort out your issue.

Btw, HX426C15FBK2/16 exists in  http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20E3V5%20Performance%20GamingOC/?cat=Memory" rel="nofollow - Memory Support List for my Mobo, i checked it before buying and what i get? Incompatibility! Looks like Memory Support List mean nothing in Asrock.
