I was wondering if the PC I have would support a dual-monitor setup if I got a new monitor.

Two monitors with this board will take some work, since this board only has one video output on the IO panel, a single D-Sub connector:

Possibly a USB to D-Sub, DVI, or HDMI video adapter would work, but will cost at least $25.
