And I have Asrock 970 pro3 r2.0 
I will have problem ??

I know of no reasons it shouldn't.

But only 150Mbps? Or is that the speed of your wifi router?

No problem with your mother board.

If you are using Windows 10:

You should download the Windows 10 driver, since the drivers on the disk might not support Windows 10.

The Utility program for this adapter is not supported in Windows 10.
