I'm getting ready to build off the DeskMini 110 and wanted to see if the  Corsair Hydro Series H5 SF Low-Profile Liquid CPU Cooler will fit in this case?

No, it is smaller than the liquid cooler. You don't need to use liquid cooler because Intel boxed CPU fan is only 25dB at idle and 28dB at full loading which is much quieter than this liquid cooler.

This is starting earlier than I thought...

The dimensions of the DeskMini 110 case is 155mm x 155mm x 80mm. That is the case empty, nothing in it at all, no mother board.

The dimensions of the H5 SF are: Radiator dimensions: 167mm x 40mm x 57mm. Total cooler height: 84mm.

As said above by blacksun, it won't fit inside the DeskMini 110 case. Furthermore:

From Corsairs's H5 SF specs: H5 SF supports Mini-ITX motherboards only.

The new style mother board in the DeskMini 110 is called Mini STX, and is smaller than a Mini-ITX board.

The H5 SF has an L-shaped support bracket designed to fit Mini-ITX boards, that are 170mm x 170mm. The Mini-STX board is 140mm x 147mm.

Don't forget, the current ASRock Mini-STX boards only supports 65W TDP or less Skylake processors. No over clocking is possible.

If you want to just purchase an ASRock Mini-STX board, and wait for the few new cases that will be available, you could do that and modify the case to accept the H5 SF. Of modify an existing small case to accept a Mini-STX board.
