Those are actually maintained/written in the BIOS. They are there for system builders to fill in and do not interfere nor hinder your system in any way.

With the correct BIOS Editor for your BIOS you can change it yourself.

It does need to be said modifying your BIOS yourself will certainly void the and or any warranty so preform it at your own risk.
