Is there any plans to add Linux compatibility to the X99 WS-E/10G?  I have become increasingly more frustrated with windows as of late.  One big annoyance is the removal to do link aggregation and software raid5 in non server editions of windows, which I am able to do in Linux with no issues.  It feels like such a waste to have multiple NIC on a motherboard and not be able to make use of them without having to spend $700 on an operating system.

Update:  I managed to jerry rig Ubuntu into running on this board by using an old 12.04 disk I had lying arround, then upgrading it to 14.04.  Then I installed the Nvidia grapics drivers and upgraded to 16.04.  It works but I expect to have unexpected issues crop up in the future. But I would like full native Linux support in the future.
