I recently upgraded to AM5 and threw in the B650M PG Riptide with 2x16 GB of 6000 MHz G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB, which feature EXPO.

Now, the thing is, if I choose the EXPO profile, the motherboard fails to POST.
The moment I save and exit, upon trying to boot up it will just stay there on a black screen. Eventually, after a couple minutes, the whole thing will shut down, RGB lights on the motherboard go off, fans stop. Then it tries again. Same thing, black screen.

This will happen three times. The third one it will boot up, skipping the POST altogether, and going straight into Windows, which will run the auto driver installer, indicating the BIOS was reset, and sure enough, the memory is back at 4800 MHz.
Any ideas if there's anything I can do to get them to work?

Also, Windows reports 32376 MB of RAM instead of the 32768 that it should (392 MB missing). This is having selected "iGPU Disabled" under "AMD CBS\NBIO Common Options\GFX Configuration" in the UEFI setup. With the iGPU enabled it's 31684 MB.

Is this normal?

Thanks in advance.

For everyone who have big issue with expo, like Bsods, no boot after apply expo etc. I had same issue with my RAM kit that is not in QVL list for this MB, and nothing was working to make my ram kit(4800) working on 6000, I was fighting with OC my memory useing EXPO profiles, but without a reslut for 2days, and only get no boot at all, so I tried to manualy OC my RAM kit without EXPO, so expo is "disabled", and...this was a solution! Right now I have my memory set exactly the same settings like in EXPO profile(Mhz, Voltage, timings) I set all manualy, plus extra set Infinity fabric to 2000MHz, set Soc Voltage to 1.2V, spread spectrum disabled, set first 4 timings same like in EXPO profile, all other timings are on auto, PC boots up 30-60s. after exiting BIOS after saveing settings so be patien, after reboot from widnows boot times is almost instantly ;) If someone will whant more info, pls write, than I will make some photos from bios, I changed some more settigns in bios...one from ram but i don remeber name of this options right now. My memory: Viper Venom 6000 CL30 ;) PS. all issue coulde be in one timing set in EXPO profile(Im not ram specialist I only assume), in my case I think with tWR, so in EXPO tWR is set to 91 in 6000 mode, but when I was trying to set it manualy to 91, bios automaticly change this to 90, there was no way to set it like exactly like in expo profile :/ but RAM is working stable on almost all setting it mean to be ;)
