Do you mean the FAN-Tastic Tuning GUI type interface, that is found in the UEFI/BIOS in newer ASRock boards?
If so, I must say I highly doubt it ever will, sorry to say. There is no method of inserting it into the UEFI/BIOS manually.
Several reasons why it won't or cannot be added to the UEFI/BIOS of your board. All of them are related to the cost or price of the board.
What separates expensive mother boards from lower priced models? One of the things is the features provided with the board.
The FAN-Tastic Tuning GUI type interface not only required software development and continuing support, it needs hardware support too. That would be the sensor chip used to monitor voltages, temperatures, and control fan headers. The sensor chip on your board may not be able to interface with the FAN-Tastic Tuning interface. Newer, more expensive boards have more sophisticated and expensive sensor chips.
Another thing is the size of the UEFI/BIOS chip. Your board uses a 32Mbit UEFI/BIOS program, newer ASRock boards now use 128Mbit UEFI/BIOS programs. The UEFI chips are sized accordingly, and restrict the size of the UEFI/BIOS programs.
My ASRock Z77 Extreme4 board, while not a high end board is more expensive than the H61M-DGS R2.0, is newer, and uses a 64Mbit UEFI/BIOS program. But this board has not been provided with the the FAN-Tastic Tuning GUI interface, if it is even possible.
Finally, neither of these boards are in production anymore. So support for them is limited. ASRock has provided Windows 10 driver downloads for the H61M-DGS R2.0, but there are limits to what can and will be done for older boards.
