Habe mir Heute vom Crucial eine PCIe 3.0 NVMe M.2 SSD gehollt und eingebaut in dem 2.1_1 Slot habe den neuesten BIOS P10.08 drauf, Memory 16GB, AMD Ryzen5 1600. Leider im BIOS wird die M.2 SSD nicht erkannt. Wer kann mir helfen was muss ich nich einstellen oder verändern?, Habe 4 SATA HDDs angeschlossen.

Today I got a PCIe 3.0 NVMe M.2 SSD from Crucial and in the 2.1-1x slot I have the BIOS P10.08 on it, memory 16GB, AMD Ryzen5 1600. Unfortunately the M.2 SSD is not in the BIOS . Who can give me a mussel-ean or S-knit security? I have 4 SATA HDDs-anti-Semite.

According to your AB350 pro4 mother board's specifications, M2_2 and SATA3_3 slots share lanes. If either one of them is in use, the other one will be disabled.
If you have an HDD installed on Sata3_3 port, your M2_2 slot will not work.
Try removing the HDD installed on SATA3_3 port and than install the NVME drive in its M.2 slot and see if get recognized in the bios.

Das war eine SSD PCi SSD, die teilt sich nict mit SATA Port, leider erkennt BIOS die nicht.

Is that SSD expansion card in PCIE4 slot? if so, remove it and then try the nvme.
Also do check if the M.2 is not disabled in bios (if there exist such option in the bios
