I just finished building a pc with this mb together with the 7600x as 4070 32gb of ram and 1tb m.2 and 850w psu and the cougar Poseidon 360 I made sure everything was plugged in correctly and when I pressed psu switch only the mb rgb turns on and when I press the power button nothing happened

Hi there, try resetting cmos (shorting the pins) remove everything from your case and try booting outside of the case, make sure your cpu cooler is not to tight or has uneven pressure on the cpu...
