Anyone know where I can get the USB drivers needed to enable an Asrock H110M-DGS running Win7 use the USB ports?
Apparently it is not the fault of win7 alone, which can't see USB 3, but also the fault of Asrock which has a board with USB2 ports on it which are not really USB 2. So there's a fix. A driver.
But I can't get any help out of Asrock's site. Or anywhere else.
Can anyone help?

No help about this from ASRock?
You obviously missed the link on your board's overview page, and on every ASRock Intel 100 series chipset board's Overview page. The one that says, "How to install Windows 7":
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H110M-DGS/" rel="nofollow - http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H110M-DGS/
How about a direct link to that page:
http://www.asrock.com/microsite/Win7Install/index.html" rel="nofollow - http://www.asrock.com/microsite/Win7Install/index.html
Do you need the driver or not? Just in case you do:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H110M-DGS/?cat=Download&os=Win764" rel="nofollow - http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H110M-DGS/?cat=Download&os=Win764
Since you've missed the situation with Intel 100 series chipset boards, here's what happened.
Intel 100 Series Chipset/Skylake systems, like yours, no longer use USB 2.0 drivers. That is an Intel thing, and affects any and all manufactures of Intel 100 Series Chipset/Skylake systems.
That is NOT an ASRock issue, situation, problem, whatever.
USB 2.0 ports can use USB 3.0 drivers just fine, as long as one is available. A USB 3.0 driver is built into Windows 10, 8.1, and 8.
But not Windows 7, it is to old an apparently no Windows 7 Service Pack or Update adds a USB 3.0 driver.
So unless Windows 7 has a USB 3.0 driver included in its installation package, the USB ports of any kind will not work. But you know that they won't work. Now you know why.
You get to add the USB 3.0 driver to Windows 7 yourself! The second link above has the information about this procedure, and that same link is on your board's Overview page. That link has existed since Skylake system were first released, in June of 2015.
So let's see, Intel Skylake systems will only use USB 3.0 drivers for ALL of the USB ports. Microsoft has not included a USB 3.0 with Windows 7.
Therefore, it is ASRock's fault... what?
Oh wait, it's ASRock's fault you weren't told about it, or given any help with it. Really?
I can't speak for Intel or Microsoft, but ASRock has provided everything you need to deal with it, in the links on this page, and the links on your mother boards page on ASRock's website, which are the same.

Um,,, Asrock's fault?
No. Your USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports on this motherboard are all handled by the Intel H110 chipset. But not ASRock.
Edit: Sheesh. They are list as parsec clearly points out. Complain first ..............
Use these from another ASRock H110 motherboard in the meantime till I can get the webmaster to add the drivers to the D/L pages for your board. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/Intel/USB/Intel_USB3%28v4.0.4.51%29.zip" rel="nofollow - http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/Intel/USB/Intel_USB3(v4.0.4.51).zip
