Hello, I installed a chassis fan behind the motherboard to exhaust on the small square of bottom of the core. Is there any value of cooling there?

In general, there isn't much on the back side of a motherboard that needs active cooling.

Some mini-ITX boards have an m.2 SSD slot on the back side due to lack of space, and cooling the NVMe SSD there may be necessary. Other than unusual situations like that, I don't consider back-side cooling to be useful.
