Four days ago, I built a new PC myself, but I noticed a strange problem, which is that when I turn the computer off and restart it, it gets stuck on the asrock logo screen, and if I press Restart, it boots normally? (Sometimes he does a restart on his own)

Mobo : asrock b760m pro rs/d4
RAM : xpg 8gb ram 3200mhz rgb
CPU:i5-13400f
Graphics : Gigabyte Nvidia RTX 3060TI
ssd:adata legend 750 m.2
OS : Windows 11 Pro
bios ver 3.12
What I also noticed is that when you completely disconnect the power from the psu and then turn it back on, it works the first time without any problem.

if you disable the ASRock logo you will be able to diagnose whether it freezes at bios post or os boot

anyway, you might try to disable fastboot in bios (its the newest bios for the board, right?), but i think it is your os setting some silly flag

The certain thing is that if I press F2 quickly, I easily enter BIOS, and when I exit it, it starts and works immediately.
I tried disabling the option fastboot , but the same problem - yes, the board is completely new -

When I disabled the logo screen, I noticed that it was stuck in the Windows logo (black background and blue Windows logo).

By the way, the BIOS is not the latest ver, and I have never tried updating any BIOS in my life

There are three full updates: 4.09, 5.05, and 6.04. Should I update them one after the other?
