Will the fatality z 170 gaming k4 mother board run 2 asus nivida GTX 960 4g graphics cards. reading in the owners manual it will only support AMD cards. If they will how would I go about installing them.

You can install 2 nvidia GPUs but you will not be able to use SLI. Nvidia requires a minimum of x8 + x8 for SLI configurations. 

Without SLI you would see no benefit in gaming from using 2 cards except perhaps in DirectX 12 titles but even then I can't say for sure.

So in short, no, you cannot use 2 nvidia GPUs in SLI with that board.
