This is not ASRock Tech Support, it's a community forum. If you want answers from
ASRock you need to open a support ticket. This forum is a community hub for ASRock
users to discuss products and offer assistance to each other.

tw.asrock.com/events/tsd.asp

This is the official way to reach ASRock Tech Support.

ASRock does maintain a presence here on the forums but they do not reply every
post, as I am sure you can see.

Good luck.

ASRock will still answer questions about their products. I have asked about BIOS
updates for boards from the early 2000s and received help from their Tech Support
staff. In my experience ASRock does a great job supporting older product lines.

This is how to contact ASRock's tech support staff: tw.asrock.com/events/tsd.asp
The forums are a place where users help each other, if they are able.

Sometimes there is a question no one here has an answer for. In my case, the newest
GPU I own is an RX 590 (not a gamer) so I can't comment on feature support on
anything newer.

ASRock does have a tech support account here on the forums, ASRock_TSD, but they
don't reply to every post, it isn't part of their job description. As for me, I
am just a community moderator. I do not speak for ASRock in any way, I began as
just another forum member.

Posting here is a great way to get feedback from other users, often quick replies
too but ultimately, anyone looking for actual tech support from ASRock needs to
use their support form. Many issues can be resolved on the forums here but some
require firmware or technical assistance not general knowledge or typically
available to the public.

I hope this is clear enough.
