I can get to Bios and looks normal but once windows boots up screen is not sharp anymore and skips when mouse is moving.

This was fine prior to Anniversary

Download and use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in safe mode. Then install the latest windows 10 drivers for your system.

This is seemingly a common issue which is usually caused by outdated APU drivers when Anniversary installs itself.

Go to:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/Desktop-APU-Drivers.aspx" rel="nofollow - http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/Desktop-APU-Drivers.aspx

And d/l the latest driver for 10, beit x86 or x64 that you're using.

Please post back your results after installing the latest APU driver(s).
