" rel="nofollow - Has anyone had issues with rebates through Asrock? We sent in the required documents and two months later we logged in to find out the status and it just says "disqualified" and no other notes or reason for the disqualification. This was our first experience with Asrock and I'm wondering if it's typical or how I can even get more information. There's no number to call or customer service forum that I can find anywhere. TIA

What website did you submit your rebate to?

I have a Disqualified rebate which should not be all info and items mailed in. I have a copy of it also. Need this corrected.

I think the rebates are mailed in and then can be checked at:
https://www.mircenter.ca/
Mine says:
Cheque Mailed Date
2019-05-31

It's a scam. If you live in Canada, your rebate will never make it in time to the states to receive a rebate. Don't buy ASRock products expecting a rebate in the future. Support other companies. Asus, MSI, and Corsair so far did actually give me a rebate. It just takes a very long time. Pretty sure if you were late sending in the rebate to these companies they would still provide you with the rebate unlike ASRock.
