Hello,
this is regrading 13600K on ASRock Z790M PG Lightning/D4.
I tried to check how the system behaves with E-Cores turned off - responsivness increased under moderate load but there is strange effect (according to LibreHardwareMonitor): - at idle time motherboard sets voltage on CPU package of around 1.35..1.4V and that makes power consumption of CPU package at around 25..30W at absolutely idle state. - under heavy load CPU voltage gets lower to around 1.15 .. 1.2v.
This is strange - I expect it should be opposite: at idle time voltage is near 1.0V and under load - around 1.3V.
This happens with default BIOS setting (v11.02).
...
With both P-Core and E-Cores turned 'on' everything seems normal: - at idle power consumption is below 10W and voltage is around 0.9V - under heavy load - voltage is up to 1.4V with power up to 250W

I have the same MOBO, it is purely due to the P-Cores taking up all the extra work. Also, if you haven't done so, theres a BIOS update for our MOBO, v11.04.
