" rel="nofollow - PC specs :
Asrock H55m-ge I7 860 AMD 6850 12 GB RAM
so, on boot I'm getting 2 beets , then 8 beeps. Then a final beep after a while and the screen stays black, no Bios.
According to this : http://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=2
It should be a parity error and gpu error right?
What's a parity error ? Is it telling me there's an error, and then showing me the gpu is failing ?
It just started happening recently, and can't boot up anymore. I was getting before some horizontal artifacts, so I was guessing the gpu was dying so there's that. I just want to confirm that the gpu is the problem so I don't waste time on buying another one and realizing it was the motherboard.
I already tried removing ram and using just 2 rams instead of the 4 slots, yet I still get the same 2 beeps then 8 beeps if I connect or not the gpu.
I'm going insane, help please

" rel="nofollow - A parity error is when point A sends AT_Z and point B receives 12s.
My guess from this distance is the GPU is getting ready to push up roses.
Can you borrow a GPU to test that theory?

None that I know of :/ I was about to buy an nvidia gtx 1050 because I'm almost sure it's the gpu failing everything. And worst of luck my cpu has no integrated graphics so can't test with that.
