" rel="nofollow - I had it working all day today. I have it at 1.4 v core and 1.9 input, and cpu to 4.3. I reset it and put it to 45, and reset it went to load screen but failed. I shut it off tried to reset the cmos, now the led light wont go passed 33, never seen a cpu brake just buy rasising from 43 to 45, I didn't change the voltage. Is that what i did broke the cpu?

01 - 54 (except 0d), 5A- 60Problem related to memory. Please re-install the CPU and memory then clear CMOS. If the problem still exists, please install only one memory module or try using other memory modules.

so is it memory?

By not change the voltage, you must mean you did not change it from 1.4V VCore and 1.9 CPU Input Voltage when you changed the CPU Ratio from 43 to 45, right? Otherwise, you did change both of those voltages to 1.4V VCore and 1.9 CPU Input Voltage at one time.

If the CPU was dead, the POST code would be 00.

POST code 33 is a memory problem. What full model number of the memory are you using, and what speed?

How much memory are you using?

What was the DRAM voltage set to?

A VCore of 1.4V is high for a Broadwell-E processor.

The CPU Input voltage of 1.9V is too low for a VCore of 1.4V. CPU Input voltage must be at least 0.6V above the VCore voltage.

I'm NOT SAYING to keep the VCore at 1.4V and increase the CPU Input, DON'T DO THAT because I told you to. 4.3 - 4.5GHz is an extreme over clock for a Broadwell-E processor. Do that at your own risk!

Did you clear the UEFI/BIOS with the board's jumper, or the CLR CMOS button on the IO panel? Using either method, you MUST turn off the PSU and unplug it from AC power.

If you already used the jumper or button method, and it does not work, you will need to remove the board's battery while moving the jumper to the Clear position.

" rel="nofollow - Yeah i changed the voltage just not when i changed it to 45. Yeah i tried the jumper, and that didnt do anything. So the memory is bad? Or I broke the mb some how, i just dont get it. I didnt unplug it before i put the clear bios jumper on it, did that brake the mother boarD?

the ram is vengeance lpx ddr4 CMK16GX4M2B3000C15W 3000mhz 15 17 17 35 1.35 voltage. I didn't change the ram voltage so I am not sure, all i did was go into the settings and turn it to 3000

Sorry for the no thanks yet, Thank you :) Alittle distraught that its broken. i was using 2 8gb chips. Tried switching them, and using one of each, still get the 33.

Check that Corsair themselves states this memory is compatible with your motherboard:

The taichi isn't listed on that. But I would say so since it worked for a day.

Although on asrock site it says it doesn't. - Supports DDR4 3300+(OC)*/2933(OC)/2800(OC)/2400(OC)/2133 non-ECC, un-buffered memory

I ordered this, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00SNLJ48M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00%3cie=UTF8&psc=1" rel="nofollow - Patriot VIPER 4 Series 2800MHz (PC4 22400) 16GB Quad Channel DDR4 Kit - PV416G280C6QK  I guess if its not the ram, and 00 would be the code that the cpu is no good, if the ram doesn't work i broke the mb some how.  Actually im just gonna return the mb. It doesnt even go to the boot screen, just gets stuck at 33. I tried the reset with leaving it on clear, battery out, and no power for 6 hours. It still just wouldnt go past 33.

Test each stick individually to maybe determine a bad stick  ....?

Tried , hopefully it is just the ram and mb, and not the cpu.
