Hello, im currently running b450m pro4 r2.0 with the shipped bios, and looking to upgrade from my old 1200 to the 5700x, i saw that i needed the 5.40 bios for it, and downloaded it. I placed the bios image at the root of my usb drive (i formated it to fat32 and unzipped the image) but instant flash doesn't recognise the image, please help

Try other pendrive that is proven working. Bios is more picky regarding drivers and compatibility than os
