Cannot complete POST. CPU LED is solid and RAM LED is flashing. This is a new build. Everything worked fine for about 1 day. Windows 10 came up, I played Rainbow 6 Siege for a short amount of time, browsed the internet, etc. I turned machine off for about 4 hours and problem appeared when I tried to restart.
To troubleshoot, I have tried the following: 1. Removing one stick of RAM (I started with 2). Tried restarting with only one stick in B2 slot. Result: no change. 2. Removing CMOS battery for 2 minutes. Result: no change. 3. Using Flashback mechanism to reflash BIOS. Tried reflashing with latest version 3.01 Result: no change. 4. Using Flashback mechanism to reflash BIOS. Tried reflashing with v2.02. Result: no change. 5. Disconnect external GPU card. Result: no change
Any other ideas?

Reset the CMOS using the jumpers on the board. Then try a single stick in other slots, not only the B2 one.

Also, once you are in the BIOS, do not leave it at default settings as it is unlikely to post. Set XMP and secure boot, disable CSM and so on.
