I have a asrock b660m-c motherboard and very recently I had to replace my SSD because it got corrupted somehow. I reinstalled Windows 11 and I noticed that the 4 ports in the back and more recently the 2 ports on top aren't working, I plugged in a USB drive and it didn't recognize it, I also plugged in a capture card and while the capture card did light up it did not recognize it. I have tried reinstalling the USB drives, updating the bios but nothing seems to work. I'm starting to think maybe they're fried despite all the other usb drives on my desktop working. Please help me! |
