" rel="nofollow - When my PC is booting, my Taichi mobo shuffles through a bunch of debug codes. it hangs on "b2" for a few seconds after it shuffles, then the debug turns off and the PC boots. Is this normal?

Yes it is. Perfectly normal.

As said above, completely normal. They are the codes for each POST (Power On Self Test) procedure check/test done when a PC starts. If POST does not complete, and a code is displayed continually, indicating the POST test that failed, then there is a problem.
Without the Dr Debug display, we don't know what POST test failed, if POST does not complete. Many boards don't have this display. Personally, I would not have a board without it.
