Why are there icons instead of text for the names of the drivers?
Text to speech software has no clue what it is for. It cant read icons.

LOL.

If you look to the right under description you will see names in this order, or close, because you didn't post board model.

Audio - is audio, that is sound so you can hear sound.

INF- is chipset INF files.  It's chipset drivers, but they never were drivers only INF files.

Intel MGMT Engine driver. - This is only if you want to connect remotely to the PC  for IT MGMT.

Intel rapid start - faster resume time from hibernate.

Lan driver, is your Ethernet network driver.

Sata floppy - are the Rapid storage tech drivers only.

Intel Rapid storage Tech driver plus utility, driver plus utility for RST.

App charger-  for fast charging a cell phone.

VGA - that is the video graphics driver.

USB - is Universal Serial Bus.

Oops, forgot one.

HDD, that is for Hard disk drive, or a solid state drive, drivers.  It's description is for Intel Rapid storage tech.

Every driver has a text description in the Description field. The icon is just used in the Driver or software type column.

An information page design or layout that was tailored for text to speak recognition would have few if any icons on it.

While I can sympathize with those that must use text to speech to read a page display on the Internet, few if any are designed with text to speech in mind, as I'm sure you know.

Unfortunately, it is the text to speech application that must deal with skipping over icons or somehow parsing them into words, which is quite a challenge.
