Hello everything is fine
I would like an opinion, I have an H81M-HG4 motherboard (old) Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz, 3601 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB Operating System Name Microsoft Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22000 Build 22000
System type X64-based PC. I would like to buy another ASRock card to replace, which one do you recommend, but without changing the rest of the configuration? I'm waiting, thanking you in advance

I would recommend a Z97 based board, any of then will be a massive upgrade from
the board you have. I have had a Z97 Extreme 3 running constantly since around
2015 without issue, the Extreme series from this generation were fantastic but
as I said, any Z97 board will be an upgrade for you.

Bare it mind, it won't improve performance on the CPU side of things, your 4790
is not a "K" model so can't be overclocked with the multiplier. A z97 board will
give your more expandability and IO options as well as allow overclocking if you
upgrade to a "K" series CPU later on.
