Does anyone else have any issues with the bluetooth?

I'm trying to connect my phone to my PC.  I've downloaded/installed the drivers.  I've even gotten the two devices paired.  And although the PC and phone see and show each other in the bluetooth settings as paired, I can't initiate the connection from my phone at all.  I tap on the PC in the list and ... nothing.

Anyone see this?  Any ideas on what to try?

Thanks everyone!!  Tongue

Do you have the antenna screwed into the motherboard?
The antenna is used for both WiFi and Bluetooth connections.

What version of Windows are you using?

The RealtechWiFi module's Bluetooth has its own driver that must be installed. But I don't see a Windows 10 version on your board's download page, so if you use Windows 10, a Microsoft Bluetooth driver will be installed, if it is compatible.

In the Windows Device Manager, you should find at least one entry for the Bluetooth module. Do you see any entries for Bluetooth there, in Network Adapters? If you find any, open them and check their status, if they are working correctly or not.

If you don't find any entries for Bluetooth in Device Manager, do you see a category called "Other Devices"? If you do, check the entries, one might be the Bluetooth module that is not working due to a missing driver.
