" rel="nofollow - I chose the ASRock j3710 ITX mobo for a HTPC/NAS build.
I would install the OS on a 60 gb mSATA SSD and use two 2TB hdds in raid 1 as storage devices.
Is it possible to install the mSATA ssd on the PCIe interface of the mobo?
If possible, will i be able to use all the 4 SATA ports for storage hard disks?

The Mini-PCIe connector on this board is only meant to be used with WiFi cards. An mSATA SSD will not work in that connector.

You said you want to use RAID, but this board's SOC processor does not support Intel's IRST RAID. If you use Windows, you could use it's pure software RAID.

All four of the SATA ports (two Intel, two ASMedia) may be used for storage drives. Be sure to use one of the Intel SATA ports for your OS drive's connection.
