I'm not sure if this is the right forum or not, so please move it if it isn't ;)

I've been working on programming a resource monitoring app in C#, and on of the features I'm trying to add is monitoring CPU temperature.

I've been trying to do it as seen http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1195112/how-to-get-cpu-temperature" rel="nofollow - here but it throws the unsupported error. Are there some additional motherboard drivers I have to install to make it work?

I've looked around a bit, and people have said it's up to the motherboard manufacturer if they support it or not, so that's why I'm asking here.

I know the board supports getting the CPU temperature, as the ASRock Tuning Utility shows it.
