So there we go: I have a MoBo Z170 Gaming K6+ Fatality gaming Gear and i have a Home Theather 5.1 Model Samsung HT-F5525WK.
The matter is: I can't reproduce sound 5.1.

Sorry but you haven't told us any details about how your PC is connected to your home theater system, and how it is configured.

When you say your Sound Card, do you mean the audio that is included with your mother board? If it is the mother board audio, do you have the Realtek audio driver installed?

Do you use Windows? If you do, what version?

How do you have the PC connected to the Samsung home theater system? What inputs do you have on the Samsung system?

What is the source of the audio signal from the PC? DVD or Blue Ray drive? Or something else?

What format is the 5.1 signal from the PC? Dolby Digital? DTS?

If you use Windows, have you configured the Sound option in Control Panel? You must select the default audio source in Sound, and then configure it for the type of 5.1 signal you use.

I see, i really didn't gave much information. So, i use Windows 10. My HT it's conected on my PC through optical cable (i think it's SPDIF).

When i go to my sounds settings, i choose Realtek Digital Output. If i right click it, and go to properties, in advanced table i have DTS Interactive (5.1 Surround), but it's clearly don't work. When i try test it, the sound doesn't came out properly, so i use it on 2 channel, then works.

The most interest thing it's, when i try to test the same DTS Audio from Accepted Formats, it waves perfectly through all my sound boxes from my Home Theather, but if i choose it on the advanced table, it won't work.

I have all codecs / audio drivers installed, that's for sure.

Please let me know if i need to provide any information, in order to help you guys helps me.

Regards
Alex

" rel="nofollow - Are you using a 5.1 sound source to feed the sound card for testing? i.e. DTS or DD or stereo? Are you using the correct audio format output from your receiver or are you playing a movie directly on the HTPC's blue ray DVD player?
