Thanks for looking, I recently bought a setup and I'm having issues installing any operating system, mainly Windows 10. Below is the setup.

* CPU: i5-7600K
* MOBO: ASRock H270 PRO4
* RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB - 16GB Kit
* SSD: Corsair GeForce 250gb
* GPU: MSI Geforce 1060 3g
* PSU: OCZ 600w

I'm having issues when I'm attempting to install Windows from either the USB or the installation CD. Both of them were created with the Media Creation Tool supplied by Windows.

When I'm attempting to boot into either the USB or DVD, the windows installer begins to load, then stops and BSODs out. Typical error "System Thread Exception Not Handled". I've done numerous amounts of testing, I've swapped out motherboards and swapped out ram, numerous times.

As far as BIOS settings, I've done the following configurations without any success:

- Disabled Fast Boot, received "System Thread Exception Not Handled"
- Disabled Fast Boot and Secure Boot, received "System Thread Exception Not Handled"
- Disabled Fast Boot, Secure Boot, CSM, received "System Thread Exception Not Handled"
- Disabled Fast Boot, Secure Boot, put CSM in Legacy Only, received "System Thread Exception Not Handled"
- Enabled Secure Boot, Disabled CSM and Fast Boot, received "System Thread Exception Not Handled"
- Enabled Fast Boot and Secure Boot, received "System Thread Exception Not Handled"

The SSD is partitioned to a GPT partition, which is what UEFI wants.

Other troubleshooting steps I've done:

- Removed GPU
- Removed one stick of ram
- Booted into MiniTool Partition Wizard to wipe the partition and set it to GPT on the SSD.
- Booted into gPart to delete partitions and rebuild, Also ran a Memtest, everything passed.
- Attempted to install Ubuntu, was receiving a Kernal Stack error, and gave up on that.

I'm completed at a loss and I have absolutely no idea on how to get an OS installed and this PC running. If anyone can offer some insight, I'd greatly appreciate it.
