First, links to your board's information page, and full user manual page. You will need to check the manual page for Crossfire setup and driver installation procedure, staring on page 29:

For dual CrossFire, you use the PCIE1 and PCIE4 slots.

For three way CrossFire, use the PCIE1, PCIE4, and PCIE5 slots.
