When I try to adjust the target temperature option at the system health tab, I cant adjust it and i can not open the option...

When i press enter, nothin happens...

What am I doing wrong?

I updated everything and the Bios.

I just want to have a solution except Installing OC-Tuner...

Thank you

I just downloaded the Manual for this MB.

Unless ASRock has made BIOS changes not described in the Manual, there is no Target Temperature option.

Which BIOS version do you have installed in your board?

The manual does not show it, but if you set the CPU Fan Setting option to Automatic, do you then see the Target Temperature option displayed?

If that is correct, you said you cannot select the Target Temperature from the list? You can highlight a selection with the cursor movement keys, but pressing Enter does not cause the highlighted value to be populated for the Target CPU Temperature.

These are screenshots from a different board's BIOS than yours, but it sounds like they have a similar CPU fan speed setting option. Does yours appear at all similar to this:

I don't recall anyone posting about this in the past, so it's possible that the last BIOS update you did, did not complete correctly, or was corrupted for some reason. You could try flashing the BIOS again, and be sure to use the Instant Flash method, which is the most reliable.

Did you connect fans correctly?
They, AsRock, made 4-pins continuously ON 100% , but 3-pins made PWM :)
