" rel="nofollow - Have an odd problem where my x1 PCIe Dual TV 7164 Tuner card is not being detected at all in Windows 10 x64.
It was in Windows 8.1 x64 before doing a fresh Win10 install.
Its not appearing as unknown and there are no ? in the dev mgr list.
Any ideas as to why it would show in win8 but not win10?
