The BIOS temps run hotter due to the BIOS somewhat straining the CPU. That is normal while reading temps in the BIOS directly. |

Yea, as they will more closely represent your actual operating temps. Unless you spend hours and hours all day in the BIOS  |

That has been normal for the i7-7700K processor for some reason, I have seen that myself with that processor. But your board has a Beta UEFI/BIOS that addresses this situation. My Z270 board also has a UEFI/BIOS update that applies a fix for it, and it works.
