" rel="nofollow - Hi everyone,

i want to ask if ASRock will update their rgb software and add RAM rgb support like Asus Aura.
Would be nice if they could add this feature. As far as i can see RAM RGB control is not supported.
Still then i have to use the gskill software i guess.
My question is, will there be an update for this software?
My ASRock X 370 Gaming K4 will arrive in a couple of hours.

Greetings from Germany
Duvar

" rel="nofollow - I don't predict that happening. Ever. (i've been known to be incorrect before though)

Linkage please to where you're reading Aura can control the lighting of memory sticks?

RGB LED support on memory is proprietary for the most part for most if not all memory manufactures.

For example, Corsair's new RGB LED memory models is controlled via their Link software.

If the RGB LED thing survives in the mother board market (please no!!) then it will become standardized at some point, or there will be competing types such as AURA.

In case you did not notice, the new ASRock Z270 boards have an AURA RGB LED header on them now.

The Z270 Taichi for example, scroll down to see it:
