" rel="nofollow - I have an H170 Pro4 motherboard, and cannot find anything in the documentation that explains the difference between the BIOS settings for the DRAM. You get the feeling that the speed increases from Comfort->Sport->Sport+ but no real explanation as to what is happening.

My memory seems to be supported since both Sport and Sport+ are options and I have been running it on the Sport Setting, but would be nice to know what pro vs con of running in Sport+ mode would be.

I have tried to use Sport+ but get the impression that Sleep mode is impacted?

There is no mention of the settings (even their existence) in the manual.
