windows 10
2 500gb Samsung 850 evo ssd
Seagate 2tb firecuda sshd

My Problem is that nothing I do will allow me to see the sata drives on any ports in the bios or windows.
I have tried to update asmedia drivers crashed system.
Windows installed on pcie nvme m.2 no problems there.
What am I missing?
Device manager shows 2 controllers Microsoft storage spaces, and standard nvm express.
Can anyone assist me?
Thanks
