I would say no. You would have to look at the sticker on the BIOS chip to know what it comes with.

As clubfoot said, the only way I'm aware of is to check the sticker on the UEFI/BIOS chip on the board. You would need at least a version 7.10 firmware in the board for Kaby Lake support, as shown in this board's CPU support list:

It would be great if a sticker was put on the box indicating Kaby Lake support for any of the Intel 100 series chipset boards, but I have never seen that.
