Hello all:
What is the optimal slot config for SLI plus PCIe http://forums.tweaktown.com/#" rel="nofollow - - Intel 750? I believe the video cards would go into slot 1 and 4 and the Intel 750 SSD would go into slot 2 correct? I also have a SoundBlaster z which will go into slot 3. Please help, thank you!

That seems correct to me, given the specs for the PCIe slots for your board:
4 x PCI Express 3.0 x16 Slots (PCIE1/PCIE2/PCIE4/PCIE5: single at x16 (PCIE1);
dual at x16 (PCIE1) / x16 (PCIE4); triple at x8 (PCIE1) / x8 (PCIE2) / x16 (PCIE4);
quad at x8 (PCIE1) / x8 (PCIE2) / x8 (PCIE4) / x8 (PCIE5)) 1 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot (PCIE3: x2 mode)
The SoundBlaster card is PCIe 2.0, and unless it is more than an x2 card, that is a perfect setup.
I would be curious if the Intel 750 was affected in any way by the PLX PEX bridge chip. NOT that I'm saying it would be, if it can handle video cards fine, it should be fine the the 750.
