" rel="nofollow - I have an Asrock Z270 Extreme4 motherboard. My kit only came with 1 spacer for the M.2 drive, even though there is 2 slots on the motherboard. I talked to the seller, they can't help me.

I emailed ASrock but haven't had a response yet. Is there another way for me to obtain the appropriate spacer for the m.2? I have the screw but not the spacer.

No idea where to get that part. It really must be the perfect size to keep the M.2 drive level and in the M.2 slot correctly. Plus it must be threaded to accept the tiny screw that holds the SSD in place. I wouldn't trust anything but the original part.

Did you check the board's box in case it fell off the board somehow? My ASRock Z170 board has three M.2 slots, and all the M.2 standoffs/spacers were in place. I have several ASRock boards with multiple M.2 slots and the M.2 standoffs were never missing.

I have no idea whom you tried to contact at ASRock, but this link to the RMA/Repair facility should be the best source for that part. Sorry for the text only link, the forum link too fails with some URLs:
