1. Got to:  http://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp" rel="nofollow - http://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp

2. Select a language from the drop-down menu, be sure to select the correct Region for your area so English(Europe) if you are in Europe or English(America) if you are in the US for example.

3. Fill out the form being sure to clearly describe your issue and list your components complete with model numbers where possible for RAM, PSU etc. For the motherboard you only need to include the model so "Z170 Pro4s", "B85 Anniversary" for example.

4. Make sure you have entered your email address correctly then Submit your form

5. You should then receive an automated response informing you that your Support Request has been received.

6. Wait for a non-automated response from Tech Support.

If you do not receive an automated response, within half an hour or so, be sure to check your Spam folder. If it is located in your spam folder, select it and mark it as "not Spam" to ensure that future responses do not end up there.

If there is no response at all then please resubmit the form and ensure that you entered your email address correctly. If that still does not result in a confirmation email then try submitting the form with a different email address.

P.S.

If you are having trouble locating the serial number on your motherboard you can identify it by the third fourth and fifth characters, these will always be M0X. So unless the third fourth and fifth characters are M0X you are looking at the wrong sticker Wink

On a related note, ASRock's official website has a region selection page.

At the top of the page you will see the above, clicking on the globe icon I have highlighted in green with the arrow pointing to it will bring up the region menu and allow you to select what language you would like to see the website in.
