" rel="nofollow - Hi everybody.

I resolved my issue with the RAID using legacy mode and drivers from allinone package available from the website. But now i have another strange problem. The computer wont turn off himselft. I have to turn it off on my own (like with W95!)

When the computer should turnof/restart it seems to shutdown the OS completely and stop when he should turn power OFF. So the OS is down, but the motherboard is still ON, led & fan also. I have to use the button.

When i do that and turn on the computer OK, the OS is fine (he doesn't send me message about an "unwanted" shutdown or something like that)

Any idea here?

PS: Before working with raid, i installed quickly a W10 without RAID MODE and i didn't notice such problem. My issue could come from RAID Mod??!

It sounds OS related. Windows itself issues the shutdown command to the system. It could be the RAID drivers not functioning correctly, if the OS is giving the RAID array time to park then not issuing a shutdown command.

You can test this easily with a Linux USB key. If linux shuts down properly then the OS is causing your issue. Troubleshooting from there can be tricky if you don't want to perform a fresh install.

" rel="nofollow - Seems definitely a driver issue of the OS (w10)

I don't have this issue when using Bios menu the computer reboot like he should.

I'm using W10 Enterprise here actually, am i the only one having this issue ?

" rel="nofollow - I had to use the drivert called RAID_Bottom for W7 to make it work.

I cant use the driver raid for WT64 :-/

Maybe an issue with the Enterprise version?

What version of W10 are you guys using?
