Hi could you help how to update my bios.
bios version is 2.10 the error message what i get when i try to install win10 64bit"CompareExchange128"i think my bios needs microcodes i have right codes for bios and codes are *.bin format
what is the best program to flash my bios (easy) i dont want to start remaine file extension. my older mb bios update was easy just create usb and go to bios and update bios .
this mb there is on option update bios or on opening screen no F6 option
so could you be so kind and send me instructions what program to use and how insert files and what options to choose.i try first 32 bit version of win10. only problem was no support for 8GB of ram

and check if that it installs.


Also, what CPU do you have?

You're using an unsupported Xeon X5450.

This is most likely why you are receiving that error. The Xeon X5450 supports x64 instructions but the BIOS doesn't support the processor.

i try to install win 10 64bit and got error message CompareExchange128i googled that and answer was you need update microcodes my cpu is Intel xeon x5450

why i could install 64bit win 7 or 32bit win10 but no 64bit win10
then my microcode files are *bin mode but some reason all flash programs use *.ROM 
so thats why i ask help cause i only have one chance and 50-50 situation that it goes wrong
